Kinsale came alive for An Tulca Halloween Festival, Ireland’s only fully participatory Halloween parade — a mix of art, performance, and community spirit. I photographed volunteers, performances, and the spectacular parade that wound through the town, glowing with an energy fueled by lots and lots of sugar! There was something scary around every corner!
