Projects

BoundA long-form photographic project exploring the feeling of being both homeward bound and bound to home through a deteriorating rural house left largely unlived in for years. Centred on themes of shelter, memory, precarity and return, the work follows the experience of returning to a family home after the loss of housing elsewhere. Once a place of familiarity and inheritance, the house becomes both refuge and millstone, offering protection while carrying the weight of history, responsibility and decline. The project combines interiors, objects, landscape and lived traces to examine how homes can hold comfort, tension and unresolved histories simultaneously.
